Daikin development plan

The construction of the complex began in March 1966. The state of preservation of the existing buildings appears to be, in general, good, but it is evident that there is a need to carry out an expansion of the existing building structures, warehouses for the storage of raw materials, components and finished product, production warehouses, and office and service buildings. To this end, an urban planning variance was implemented, thanks to which the expansions, internal road systems and new external arrangements were possible.
